We believe that the Best Outcome is one that balances operational success with social and environmental responsibility. Through our One Team philosophy, we integrate these values into every mile, delivering a greener, fairer supply chain for our clients.

Our ESG Roadmap

Embedding ESG in our Business

At TOT Transport, our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles is now a structured part of how we operate.

In FY24–25, we formally embedded ESG into our business, launching our first coordinated roadmap to guide sustainability, people, and governance initiatives.

Moving into Action

We established an internal ESG team to drive emission reduction, improve environmental performance, support our people and communities, and strengthen good governance.

A key early step was developing our greenhouse gas emissions baseline and identifying the ESG priorities most relevant to our business.

This journey represents our foundation year. Each year, we will build on this work with clearer targets, better data, and continuous improvement.

We lead where others follow. TOT Transport has committed to the voluntary lodgement of a Modern Slavery Statement, ensuring total transparency in our supply chain. We proactively mitigate human rights risks, protecting your brand from ethical compromises.

We are future-proofing your logistics today. From adopting global carbon accounting standards to exploring low-emission fleet transitions, we leverage innovation to stay ahead of regulations and help our customers lead the transition to Net Zero.

We provide audit-ready carbon reporting for every consignment. By establishing a rigorous emissions baseline aligned with ISO 14064 and NGER standards, we give our clients the verified data needed to accurately track and meet their own Scope 3 targets.

Safety is embedded in every mile of our network. Through specialised Safe Driving Plans and a “Zero Harm” culture, we have achieved an industry-leading 0.15 LTIFR, ensuring your transport is handled by a team that prioritises the lives of our drivers and the safety of the community.

Reliability is built on disciplined governance. Our ESG framework ensures consistent, uninterrupted service by integrating strict Australian transport compliance with ethical operational rigour. For our partners, this means a dependable supply chain backed by absolute accountability.
